Havana 1960 Return Policy

At Havana 1960, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each towel in our collection is carefully selected to ensure it meets the highest standards of luxury, durability, and comfort. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a flexible and straightforward return policy designed to make your shopping experience with us as seamless as possible.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Please note that this return window begins on the day the order is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, not the date of purchase.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the towels must be in brand new condition. This means the towels must be unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or laundering. For hygienic and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been washed or used, even lightly.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with any tags or labels still attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their own expense.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at Orders@jrunited.com within 30 days of receipt. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as this may delay processing and may result in the return not being accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Havana 1960 is not liable for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

No Restocking Fees

We want to make the return process as fair and simple as possible. Therefore, no restocking fees will be charged on returned items that meet our return conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a full refund of the item(s) cost (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary and additional delays may occur depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
