- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- Large or bulk hospitality orders may require additional processing time. If applicable, our team will notify you promptly.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select locations)
Transit times begin after order processing is completed.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotions or for bulk purchases.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- We currently ship nationwide across the United States.

Incorrect Shipping Information
