A Linen Planning Checklist for Hospitality Spaces

A useful linen plan starts with the property, not a promise about what other hotels buy. Count rooms, sleeping positions, bathrooms, and shared amenity areas before choosing products.

Build a room list

For each room, list the required bedding components and bath pieces. Identify where individual replacements are useful and where a labeled multipack fits the plan.

Set an operating quantity

Consider occupancy, cleaning frequency, storage, and the time needed to return used pieces to service. Quantities should reflect your actual operation.

Confirm every product detail

Use the selected product page for the current piece, size, color, pack quantity, price, and availability. Ask about any missing specification that matters before ordering.

Keep care product-specific

Follow each attached care label. Material, construction, and instructions can differ across products.

Send a clear inquiry

For a volume request, include product names, quantities, destination, and timing. Availability, minimums, pricing, shipping, and terms can vary.
